We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the fabrics you have received.
Use the form below within 7 working days of receipt of your order and we will respond to your report within 5 working days.

Please note that we have a 5%（≈2”） or greater than 6 inches from the selvage, margin of error as stated in our terms and conditions.
If the error covers more than 5% （≈2”） or greater than 6 inches from the selvage,of the fabric, it is eligible for compensation.

Please include clear photos with a tape measure showing the size of any error.
