Custom Print Fabric

GENERAL: The design in this listing is ordered per your selected fabric base and is not ready to ship.We will arrange production within 24 hours after your payment.Turnaround time is 1-3 business days for polyester-based materials and 7-15 business days for Bamboo and Cotton based materials.

SCALING:If you would like to request a specific scale (I.E. 3x3", 5" elements/characters, etc please include details in the notes at checkout or email us at doriscustomfabric@gmail.com) Otherwise scaling will be printer's choice or apply as follows,

• Small Scale: 1-1.5" elements/characters (recommended for bows + headbands)
• Medium Scale:2-3" elements/characters (recommended for children's clothing + bags)
• Large Scale: 3.5"+ elements/characters (recommended for adult clothing + larger projects)

IMPORTANT: There are no refunds or cancellations once order is placed and checked out. You have 2 days to inspect your fabric once your package has been received to address any issue you may have. Different fabric bases will yield different color outputs based on the printing method used and fiber contents. Refunds/returns will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with colors or color differences between fabric bases.

FLAWS: In the custom printing process, flaws are bound to happen. I do my best to look over the fabric for flaws but at times, something might not be noticeable upon cutting. We will not discount for any flaw less than a 2in in size or within 6 inches of the selvages. If you receive a fabric with a flaw larger than a 2in or greater than 6 inches from the selvage, please email us at doriscustomfabric@gmail.com.

◎Make sure your design file can be seamlessly repeated. Please check the edges of the uploaded image to make sure there are no artifacts in the form of light or dark 1px lines along the edge of the pattern. When printed, these artifacts are likely to be noticeable, highlighting the edge of the pattern.

◎Accepted files are TIF and JPG.

◎When you choose service option No File Check, the design file will not be checked for errors and dimensions. We recommend that you first order a sample (30x40 cm), to see if the file is repeating the way it should and to verify colors. When the design is larger than 30x40 cm, we advise you to order a meter as a test swatch.

◎When you choose need sample, please note that this is only the cost of the sample. We will only send samples,and l contact you though email and send you a photo for confirmation. If you want to send samples, please order on the print sample/ color swatch.

◎Only 1/1 repeat is accepted, not half drop.

◎300 dpi.

◎Save your file in the dimensions you want it to be printed.

◎Color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.Tolerance is a normal result when monitor is in RGB mode and printer is CMYK ink.

◎We has a high and dark (aka low saturation) option when printing. Low saturation printer, closer to the file. The printed color is soft, suitable for orange brown, and the color of the file itself is not vibrant .And high saturation printers, our saturation is relatively high, it looks more vibrant,suitable for files with high saturation, the effect of printing will be very good!So getting a sample is the best way to find out whether the color that prints best works for you.
